Kre-ate served as the F&B consultant, providing guidance from the initial concept phase by conducting a comprehensive operational site analysis, as well as designing bar and kitchen layouts and specifying full tender requirements. Subsequently, we were commissioned to conduct tender analysis reviews, along with detailed technical and fabrication design evaluations and final completion inspections, as part of the services we offer to our clients.
