Concept

STEP 2

Concept development and positioning is essential to any F&B project. Kre-ate will guide your design of visual identity, F&B offering and artistic direction. All of which are highly sensitive to external factors and stakeholder involvement.
A strong foundation is built from a visual design brief guided by the desired client experience, followed by what needs to be achieved for successful operation . This provides the key link between design and what is required of the operator.
In any successful project, the distribution of BOH and FOH spaces needs careful consideration, detailing the processes and flows from goods entering the building to where they reach the customer and beyond.

STEP 3

Delivery

Being an integral part of the team comes naturally to Kre-ate as we are the key link between many designers, distributors, operators and contractors allowing us to centralise ourselves.

We can deliver projects for you from start to finish as well as engage at the most critical technical deliveries to ensure that key specialist areas are procured and implemented successfully. With our expansive F&B industry knowledge, we are often appointed to help assist with contractor appointment, tender reviews and on site installation analysis. This is a niche and operationally demanding area of works.

Our technical knowledge ensures great co-ordination between various stakeholders including M&E , joinery, fabricators and the main contractor where we participate in critical strategy and design team meetings, co-ordination and monitoring of detailed design and practical installation.
