Kre-ate was invited to help create the ‘Gourmet Bar’ a sub brand that has been used nationally a concept of a “bar in a kitchen”, The concept was executed within the refurbishment of Novotel City South working alongside the very talented Takagicapéran studio.
Placed centrally the bar is personal, flexible and welcoming, serving artisan Climpsons & Sons Coffee, delicious international food, creative cocktails and local beers! The bar and restaurant have been specifically planned to become the focal point of all activity on the ground floor of the hotel with a Bar menu, which focuses on produces from several food and drink suppliers from Borough Market including Borough Wines, Cannon & Cannon Charcuterie and La Tura Pasta.
